2) *Fill in all required fields.
3) Read over the Release Waiver and League Rules.
4) Click Submit!
After you submit the form, you can make immediate payment through Paypal by selecting the Pay Now button. If you prefer to pay by check or cash please send a email to info@kansascitycornhole.com. Your slot in the league is not guaranteed until payment is received. If you do not pay by the sign-up deadline your spot may be forfeited.
